1. What are the basic maintenance requirements for your oil mill equipment?
• Fill up all grease cups and oil holes with lubricants at least once every day.
• The lubricating oil in the speed reduction gear box must be filtered and changed in every regular overhaul.
• As a general rule, the users should have a major overhaul every year. In time of overhauling, the machine should be totally taken apart and thoroughly cleaned. Repair and change those parts if found damage.
2. How many oil mill equipment do we need in a complete set of oil plant?
There are many oil mill equipment will be used in the entire oil processing process. Different equipment will be used in different processing stages. However, oil press machine in the pressing section is one of the most important oil mill equipments.
3. If we want to build a complete oil mill plant how large workspace is required?
The land area typically depends on the capacity of the oil mill plant. We can suggest an appropriate space to prepare after given specifications, or, can design the oil plant in-house specifically to the amount of workspace available. After the basic information confirmed, we will suggest you the land area. Of course, if you already have certain area land for the Plan, we also can design the plant plan accordingly.
4. If the oil residual is higher than the design, How to solve it?
Usually, Please check the operation is follow the Manual or not. If yes, check the steam cooked flake is in good condition or not.
5. When the heated flakes gets too dry, what is the problem?
When the heated flakes gets too dry, the following abnormal phenomena might happen:
• Cake at the discharge end cannot be tile shaped and becomes broken.
• The electric motor turns overloaded.
• The main locations of outflow for the oil begin to shift to the cake discharge end, the output of oil becomes reduced and the oil is dark-brown color.
Note: Never allow the phenomena last long. It will lead serious damage.
6. Regarding the 20T oil refinery, how long about delivery time?
Should be about 30Days after receive your 30% down payment.
7. If we build the silo storage for the Oil Plant, we need the dryer or not?
It depends on the moisture of your oil seeds, If the moisture of oil seeds you collect is higher than 12.5%, it will ask for the drying system before the silo storage. If less, we you omit it.
